Scheduling Guide

There are two ways to schedule an OpenDock appointment for your inbound shipment. You can schedule it yourself — in which case you'll need certain information from your freight forwarder — or you can have your freight forwarder schedule it for you, and provide them with the details they need. Choose the option below that fits your situation.

No appointment = non-compliance. Deliveries without a valid OpenDock appointment are subject to a $250 fee and additional processing time. Shipments may be turned away.

Receiving hours: Mon–Fri 8am–12pm & 1–4pm CT. Floor-loaded containers must arrive before 10am CT.
